Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Note: Large equipment such as 3D printers, laser engravers, and CNC machines may require additional processing time for quality inspection before shipping.

FREE SHIPPING on orders over $500!

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier peak seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping times and costs vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Please Note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.


Large Equipment & Freight Shipping

3D printers, laser engravers, CNC machines, and other large equipment may ship via freight carrier. For freight shipments:

  • Signature is required upon delivery
  • Please inspect packaging for damage before signing
  • Delivery appointments may be scheduled by the carrier
  • Ground-floor delivery to residential addresses

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package. You can also track your order status by logging into your Sprint Dev account.


Shipping Address & Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. Sprint Dev is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered the fulfillment stage.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged Items

If your equipment arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Do not discard the original packaging until the claim is resolved.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors or your building manager before contacting the carrier and our support team within 7 days.
